The country house

In 2006-2007 the interior of our country house on Domaine Brandelin was renovated with an eye to retaining many of its authentical elements as well as giving each bedroom its own bathroom. The house now consists of two separate units: the owners' home (sleeps 6) and the guest wing which sleeps 9 people. There is a connecting door that can be locked between the two units.

From April through November the house can be rented as a self catering holiday home by a group of max. 16 people. This is very interesting for several families desiring to spend their holidays together, as the house offers you lots of space including 2 livings, 2 large very well-equipped kitchens, 5 large bedrooms each with its own bathroom and a mezzanine as a sixth bedroom, etc.

Throughout the year (except July and August) it is also possible to rent only the guest wing side of the house.

In front of the house there is an attractive garden of about 5000 sqm with a swimming pool and sun terrace as well as a big lawn that can be used as a playground. Around the house and garden you'll find sloping fields, meadows for horses and forest.
Domaine Brandelin is not very far from the historic village of Simorre (4 kms) with a small supermarket, shops, a restaurant and other amenities.
It offers you maximal privacy and peace and quiet, as well as an excellent accessibilty by road.
