Notre charmante maison de campagne en pierre qui date du 18ème siècle, se situe sur 6,5 hectares, dans une petite réserve naturelle (Natura 2000) en Gascogne. Ici, vous profiterez d’une intimité totale au calme, et d’un accès facile à toutes les commodités. Durant l'année il est possible de louer la maison comme maison de vacances indépendante. En fait, la maison possède deux unités séparées : une maison de vacances (pour 9 personnes maximum) et la maison des propriétaires (pour 6 personnes), avec chacune leur propre séjour, cuisine entièrement équipée, terrasse etc. Cette dernière, avec en tout cinq salles de bains, est idéale pour plusieurs familles ou un groupe d'amis (max. 16 personnes) qui souhaitent passer leurs vacances ensemble, mais désirent conserver un peu d’intimité! La grande piscine est réservée exclusivement aux clients de la maison. Autour du logement et du jardin, il y a des prés en pente et une forêt. À 4km, vous trouverez le village historique de Simorre avec des magasins.
In 2006 the 18th century country house Brandelin was renovated with an eye to retaining many of its authentical elements. The house consists of two separate units: - the owners' home - the 9 person holiday home (the gite)
The gite and the owners' home each have their own entrance, private terraces etc. thus garanteeing a maximal privacy for everybody.
Renting the complete countryhouse
Throughout the year it is possible to rent the entire country house, which consists of both the 9-person holiday home (gite) and the owners' home (equipped for 6 persons). This is a very interesting offer for larger groups or several families desiring to spend their holidays together, as the house offers you lots of space including 2 livings, 2 large very well-equipped kitchens, 5 large bedrooms and a mezzanine as a sixth bedroom, 5 bathrooms, etc

The holiday home (gite) that can accommodate max. 9 people can be rented the whole year round except for the months July and August.
We have introduced several possibilities and prices for renting the gite. In the mid and low seasons it possible to rent the gite totally or partially with either one, two or all bedrooms/bathrooms. However, you will always be the only tenant. Here are the alternatives:
1. The gite with use of one bedroom/bathroom for a maximum of 2 persons 2. The gite with use of two bedrooms/bathrooms for a maximum of 5 persons 3. The gite with use of all bedrooms/bathrooms for a maximum of 9 persons

The well furnished gite has a cosy living with a couch, armchairs, television/DVD, as well as a dining table and chairs. There is a large fully equipped kitchen with another dining table and chairs for up to 8 persons and a smalller table for 4 persons. There is a fridge, freezer with 3 drawers, gashob with 5 burners, hood, an electric oven with microwave and grill, as well as a dishwasher and a washing machine.
In front of the kitchen with its French windows, there is a terrace with garden furniture and parasol. A little farther away in the garden amongst the trees and shrubs, you'll find a shaded spot under a roof also with garden furniture. This is a very nice and cool place to be when te weather is very hot.
Bedrooms In the gîte there are three spacious bedrooms with high quality hotel beds (boxspring twin beds) and a small mezzanine as a fourth bedroom with a double bed. Each of the three bedrooms has its own en-suite bathroom.
Chambre "Azul" A spacious room for 2 persons with twin beds with comfortable matresses and its own en-suite bathroom with bath, separate shower cabin, 2 wash basins and toilet
Chambre "Marron" A spacious room for 2 or 3 persons with twin beds with comfortable mattresses, a third bed and its own en-suite bathroom with bath/shower, 2 wash basins and toilet.
Chambre "Mostaza" A spacious room for up to 4 persons consisting of a room on the ground floor with twin beds with comfortable mattresses and its own entrance and small terrace. In addition this room has a staircase up to a mezzanine with a double bed and the en-suite bathroom with shower cabin, wash basin and toilet.
It is possible to place an extra bed in one of the rooms.
The owners' part of the house has a cosy livingroom with a huge traditional Gascon fireplace. In the well-equipped kitchen there is a large table and chairs, a professional gas cooker with 5 burners, 2 ovens and grill, combi-microwave, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
There are two spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Bedroom 1 This bedroom on the first floor is equipped with a double bed (Pullman boxspring of 160 x 200 cms) and has an adjacent bathroom with shower cabin, two wash basins and toilet. If necessary an additional bed can be placed in this room.
Bedroom 2 This bedroom on the ground floor is equipped for 4 persons with twin beds (2 beds of 90 x 200 cms) and bunkbeds (2 beds of 90 x 190 cms) all with good quality and comfortable mattresses.
On the ground floor there is a second bathroom with bath/shower, 2 wash basins and a toilet.
In front of the house there is a terrace with teak garden furniture, cushions and a huge parasol.

Garden and swimming pool
The tenants are free to use the garden which has a large lawn, many (fruit)trees and shrubs and a king-size private swimmingpool (12 x 8 meters). Beside the pool there is a sunterrace with loungers, chairs and parasols. See also Swimming pool

3 terraces with ample garden furniture, 8 sunbeds with cushions, 3 parasols. 2 cots including bedlinen, highchair, baby bathtub, 5 bicycles (for hire, 3 for adults and 2 for children, 6 euros/day or 30 euros/week per bicycle), 2 barbecues, several children's toys and games, 3 standing fans, mosquito nets, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron, alarm clocks, 2 televisions, 2 dvd-players, hifi sets, radio.

Parking for at least 4 cars.
Internet Wireless internet access (ADSL/Wifi) is possible against a fee of 14 euros a week per computer.
Bringing your pets Pets are usually welcome after consulting with the owners.
Smoking In the house smoking is not allowed. If you want to smoke, you can do so outside on the terrace.
