Bed linen and towels are supplied. Please bring your own pool towels. The prices also include electricity, gas for cooking, water and use of the swimming pool. Internet access (ADSL and Wifi) is offered free of charge.
Central heating costs are charged when used.
End cleaning
For the end cleaning of the entire country house we charge 160 euros.
For the end cleaning the holiday home we charge 60, 75 or 90 euros, according to the number of rooms used. (see also below)
Security deposit
For the entire country house the security deposit amounts to 700 euros.
For the holiday home a security deposit of 350 euros must be paid.
The deposit will normally be fully refunded at the end of your stay. Any damage or loss to the house must be compensated for by the tenant.
Bringing your pets
Pets are usually welcome. Please consult with the owners if you have plans to bring your pet(s).
Changeover day
Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday (we can be flexible in mid or low season by prior arrangement); arrival is after 4.00pm and we ask you to vacate the house by 10am on changeover day.
Down payment
A 50% deposit confirms your reservation. Upon booking we will send you a rental contract with all the necessary details.
