Our charming 18th century country house "en pierres" on Domaine Brandelin is situated on 6,5 hectares of its own grounds in a beautiful natural and peaceful setting in a small nature reserve in Gascony.
In front of the house there is a large attractive garden with a swimming pool and sun terrace. Around the house and garden you'll find sloping fields, meadows and forest.
Domaine Brandelin is not very far from the historic village of Simorre (4 kms) with a small supermarket and other amenities and 1 km from the small village of Meilhan.
It offers you maximal privacy and peace and quiet, as well as an excellent accessibilty by road.
Throughout the year it is possible to rent our entire country house, which consists of two separate units: a 9-person holiday home and the owners' home (equipped for 6 persons). This is very interesting for larger groups up to 16 persons or several families desiring to spend their holidays together, as the house offers you lots of space including 2 livings, 2 large very well-equipped kitchens, 5 large bedrooms each with its own bathroom and a mezzanine as a sixth bedroom, etc.
It is also possible to rent only the separate 9-person apartment (the gite) throughout the year except for the high season (July and August). This attractive gite which was renovated in 2006 has its own separate entrance, terrace and garden thus offering you maximal privacy.
